    After six years of loyal and dedicated service to the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Military Engineers, Cpl Jeremie Richard will be released on 09 July 2023. At Jeremie’s request, friends and colleagues are welcome to attend his Depart with Dignity function on 06 July 2023 at 1300 hrs at Pizza Delight in Oromcoto, NB. Anecdotes and retirement wishes may be sent to MCpl T.M.     Cpl Jeremie Richard was born in Moncton, NB, in October 1997 and enrolled in the CAF as a Combat Engineer in Moncton, NB, in March 2017. Following basic training at CFLRS and the Engineer QL3 course, Jeremie was posted to 4 ESR to occupy a position within 1 Field Troop in June 2018. However, he did not stay in the Field Troop for long after showing interest in the heavy equipment specialty.

    Jeremie moved into Heavy Equipment and completed the Heavy Equipment Operator Course in the summer of 2019. Soon afterwards, he was selected for additional heavy equipment qualifications in crane (Nov 2020) and grader (Sep 2022). In Feb 2021, Jeremie completed DP2, followed by PLQ in Oct 2021, to hone his leadership ability.

    Jeremie has started his transition into civilian life, registering for the Class 1 Tractor Trailer Course and applying for school to become a Linesman.
