We regret to advise of the death of Firefighter Master Corporal Donald Reiser, CD (Ret’d) at the Comox Valley Senior’s Village in Courtenay BC on 12 May 2022 at the age of 84 years.

Don was born in Winnipeg MB. He served in Royal Canadian Air Force as a Firefighter where his postings took him to many places in Canada such as Gimli MB, Moosejaw SK as well as Lahr Germany. His final posting brought him to the Comox Valley where he retired. Don was a lifetime member of the Courtenay Legion.

There will be a Poppy Service held on Tuesday, 17 May 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Courtenay Legion [367 Cliffe Ave. Courtenay]. In lieu of flowers, donations in Don’s memory to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
